How to make Turkish Coffee
|
Add 1 tsp of Gülden Coffee and 1 tsp of sugar to the cezve with every 2 oz of water.
Bring the mixture to a boil on the stovetop. As the froth rises to the top, just before it boils over, serve the froth.
Then repeat the process twice, for a total of three boiling.
Serve in very small cups (fincan). Allow the coffee grounds to settle to the bottom of the cup, and sip gently. Avoid stirring up the grounds. The result is a magnificent beverage. |
